In 2000 we began to work as an offshore, outsourcing development team for North American and European customers. We are continuously striving to improve the quality and value of our products and to cultivate our professional approach to software development. The use of comprehensive coding standards, user interface conventions and the creation of good technical documentation, guarantee easy maintenance and future modification of our products. Each one of our software engineers holds a BCS degree in Computer Science, Information System or Applied Mathematics from one of the best Universities in Brazil, Federal University of Minas Gerais (www.ufmg.br). They have professional experience in the IT industry and continual exposure maintains their familiarity with the latest technologies. Our Project Leaders and Software Analysts have extensive experience in object-oriented analysis and software design, as well as design of relational database systems. Paradigma has also designed its own specialist selection system that allows us to maintain relationships with nearly forty freelance IT experts and to expand our staff at a moment’s notice to meet any customer needs.
