André Bax, CEO

Bsc and Post-graduated in Business Management by FGV, the well known business school in Brazil. Working for the past 15 years in the biggest Brazilian financial companies, Mr. A. Bax holds a MBA in International FGV/Ohio University. His technical background includes finance and quality & process. Before joining Paradigma, he led a team of 17 managers and 180 sales people, as regional manager of Fininvest S/A retail business in Brazil.

In his early career he worked for companies like: Intermedium CFI S/A (Commercial Director) and Banco Bonsucesso S/A (Commercial superintendent). Mr. A Bax is an expert in Human Resources Development. He provides timely and responsive leadership to fully support Paradigma in the recruitment, management, and retention of a high-performing workforce. He heads Paradigma's PQM Office - Processes Quality Management.

Marcello Bax, Information Research Consultant

As the company's information research consultant, Mr. Bax holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Université de Montpellier (France). Msc in Artificial Intelligence from the Université de Marseille. Bsc in Computer Science. With over 19 years of experience in the IT industry, M. Bax has both studied and influenced the development of Content Management technologies. He is Associate Professor at the Information Science School / UFMG. Coordinated specialization Courses in Strategic Information Management in UFMG's Information School for many years. Mr. Bax brings more than 15 years of experience in research and development in management of Information Systems for the Internet/Web. He has published many research papers and has a solid practical background in Enterprise Content Management projects, software development, and artificial intelligence working as both an analyst and a consultant. With Bax' guidance, Paradigma continues to monitor the evolution of those core technologies to support networked business models. He help to set the company's strategic direction, aligns product development with his forward-looking vision for website technology.

João Paulo Diniz, Program Manager

Mr. Diniz holds a BSc in Computer Science and is finishing his MSc in Electrical Engineering. He is developing software systems for the last 5 years. Together with Mr. Mendes, he heads Paradigma's PMO - Project Management Office.

Daniel Mendes, Quality Assurance Manager

Mr. Mendes holds a BSc in Computer Science and is finishing a MSc in Information Science. He is an expert in software engineering and software development. Over the years, he has performed as a software developer, software architect.
