What does outsourcing mean to us?Here is an idea of our software development methodology and documentation practices. Our project teams follow a structured and effective development methodology that allows for the appropriate design, testing, development, documentation, and implementation of the applications. Teams prepare detailed specifications from which applications will be developed. Develop and monitor project schedule to ensure requirements are met in a timely manner. We have people responsible for ensuring project QA (Quality Assurance). Each team has one Project Manager. A coordinator that is responsible to determine staffing needs, delegate work assignments and coach development team to ensure that systems are implemented according to specifications. The coordinator instruct, direct and check the work of project team members. He also supervises the performance and development of staff by communicating and providing feedback to improve productivity. Paradigma specializes in using many Open Source Technologies,
